Cultural Dimension
Character
Todd, Puro, Aisha or other
Outsourced Scene

Communication- direct/indirect
Anti ji and Todd
Asking him personal question about his life
Accountability
Manager to Todd
He will be going to India to train people to replace him

solved for him? How might this be a cultural solution?

When he boarded the train there were no seat available. A young guy offered his seat but later on he sat on Todd’s lap. The boy offered his seat as a way of showing respect to elders which is I think a part of their culture .

4. As any exchange student, he has a lot of experiences trying new food. His first
encounter is with an iced drink. What happens?

He bought an iced drink from a street vendor not knowing how clean or dirty that one is. He only found out that most travelers don’t try that. Because they might get be ill after finishing that iced drink

7. Todd wants to check in to a hotel. But Puro insists he comes to a boarding house.
What is the reason he gives Todd?

Puro insisted not bring him to his hotel because according to him that hotel is very lonely and instead he will bring him to Aunti ji because she will take care of him like his mother

8. As soon as they meet, Aunti Ji starts asking very intimate questions that

Exercise 4

The model want to talk about is the Amish model. I can say that the following dimension influences their culture life choice and thinking: decision making growth and accountability. first decision making the Amish people chose to lead by modern ways . Second growth –Amish population grew more sue to the belief that large families are seen as blessings from god. Lastly, accountability –Amish people are accountable and their earnings that they pay all the taxes because they viewed it as a form of insurance.

As for my choice /choices in life being an Arab and following Arabic culture I highly regard what is accepted or not by my family and my community like for example in choosing my future wife ,I have to consider first her religion .she should be a Muslim.

collaboration solution for chines muslim situation

Banning Muslims from riding public buses is unfair for these people  because  wearing Islamic dresses ,hejab and burka is a part of our religion which must be respected. On other hand I cant blame the authorities for doing so because the are just protecting people from terrorists attack. I think that possible solution is to raise awareness about terrorist attack will not be tolerated by the authorities
